2kg Chana Dal (Split Chickpeas)

TRS Chana Dal features premium split chickpeas characterized by a delicious, slightly sweet, and earthy flavor. These versatile pulses are a culinary staple in Indian and Pakistani cuisine, where they are traditionally used to create hearty stews and soups. Their firm texture makes them an excellent addition to Middle Eastern dishes like falafel or the classic North Indian "Chole," prepared with aromatic ginger, garlic, and spices. These chickpea halves can also be incorporated into salads and savory chaats, or enjoyed as a roasted snack, serving as a flavorful alternative to rice, potatoes, or bread.
