300g Rice Flakes Medium (Poha)

TRS Rice Flakes Medium (Poha) are made from selected rice grains that have been steamed, flattened, and dried to achieve a delicate, paper-thin texture. These versatile flakes soften quickly when soaked, making them an ideal base for traditional savory Indian breakfast dishes like Poha, enriched with spices and vegetables. They can also be used to create creamy porridges, added to yogurt and fruit for a quick snack, or incorporated into baking recipes for breads, cookies, and cereal bars to add a unique, light consistency.
