200g Red Chili Papad

These round flatbreads, which can be found in every Indian household, are made from lentil flour. They are rolled very thin and then dried. Papadum is served as an appetizer with coriander chutney or they accompany biryanis, pulaos and curries. This variant is refined with red chili.
