The thick hard anodised aluminium body provides a durable cooking surface, while the comfortable stainless steel handle is designed to stay cool during normal use. This induction-compatible version has a magnetic stainless steel plate attached to its base and is suitable for domestic gas, electric, halogen, ceramic and induction cooktops. The flat surface is particularly suited to preparing dosa, uttapam, pancakes and crepes.
